The wiring method of the manifold switch depends to a large extent on the type and configuration of the switch. In general, there are three common wiring types for manifold switches:
Three-wire connection: This type of distributor switch usually includes three pinholes for positive, negative and control signals. You need to connect the wires connected to the power supply (usually the live wire and the neutral wire) to the positive and negative terminals, and then connect the control signal wire to the control unit.
Two-wire connection: Some manifold switches may only have one or two pinholes, in which case no additional control lines are required. In this case, it is only necessary to connect the two wires of the switch to two of the controllers.
In practice, the following points should also be noted:
Pass the thermostat probe through the pipe. The closure of the end of the pipe helps ensure safety and should be located between the two cables as much as possible.
The temperature sensor and reserved cable of the thermostat should be connected to a separate temperature switch, one for the operation of the control cable and the other for measuring the ground temperature.
Before the laying is completed and ready for cement filling, the floor heating pipe manifold must be installed and commissioned to ensure that all wiring is working properly. If there are any problems, they can be treated and replaced in time before the cement solidifies.
