Gas emission and automatic control
The working principle of the exhaust valve mainly involves two aspects: exhaust and automatic control. Here are the specific instructions:
Gas discharge: When the system is full of water, due to changes in temperature and pressure, the gas in the system will continue to escape and accumulate in high places. If the gas pressure is greater than the system pressure, the float will drop and drive the valve stem downward, thereby opening the valve port and allowing gas to exit. When the gas pressure decreases, the float rises, driving the valve stem upward and closing the valve port. In this way, the exhaust valve realizes the automatic discharge of gas up and down through the float.
Automatic control: The exhaust valve can automatically adjust the switching state of the valve according to the pressure change inside the system. When the system is full of water, a large amount of gas will be discharged until the water accumulates in the valve, the float floats, and the plug is actuated to the closed position, thereby stopping the large amount of exhaust. However, if a small amount of air is collected in the system, the water level in the valve will drop, the float will also drop, and the air will be discharged through the small hole. When there is no water flow in the system or negative pressure is encountered, the plug will quickly open to suck in air to ensure the integrity of the pipeline.
In addition, the design of the exhaust valve includes a limiting device, that is, the distance between the float and the valve seat, which reflects the change of the liquid level in the valve, and the change of the liquid level affects the opening and closing of the valve. Generally, the valve cover should be in the open position for the exhaust valve to work properly. The exhaust valve can also be used with other equipment such as isolation valves for easy maintenance and access.
The exhaust valve also plays an important role in the exhaust system of the engine. The exhaust system controls the opening and closing of the valve by limiting the pressure and temperature of the exhaust gas and using the force of the spring to ensure the normal operation of the engine. When the engine is running at high speed, the exhaust valve opens to allow high-temperature exhaust gas to be discharged, and when the engine speed decreases or the driving conditions deteriorate, the exhaust valve automatically adjusts the strength of the spring according to the control system to maintain a stable exhaust effect.
