When there is air in the system, the gas accumulates in the upper part of the exhaust valve, the gas accumulates in the valve, and the pressure rises. When the gas pressure is greater than the system pressure, the gas will drop the water in the cavity, and the float will drop with the water level and open the exhaust port. When exhausting, the water level rises and the float rises to close the exhaust port. For example, the valve cover should be open. It can also be used with an isolation valve to facilitate maintenance of the exhaust valve.
1. The exhaust valve float is made of low-density PPR and composite materials, which will not deform even if it is soaked in high-temperature water for a long time. This material does not cause the float to be difficult to move.
2. The lever of the float is made of hard plastic. The connection between the lever and the float and the bracket are movable, so there will be no corrosion during long-term operation, which will cause the system to fail to work and water leakage.
3. The sealed end of the lever is supported by a spring, which can expand and contract accordingly with the movement of the lever to ensure the seal without ventilation.
4. When installing the exhaust valve, it is best to install it together with the isolation valve, so that when the exhaust valve needs to be removed for maintenance, the air tightness of the system and water will not flow out. Low-density PP material, this material will not deform even if it is soaked in high-temperature water for a long time.
